Odeon Theater is a historical cultural center in Amman, Jordan. It was established in the 2nd century. Likely during the reign of Emperor Antoninus Pius. It was built to promote social gatherings, cultural entertainments, political and religious activities. It was built with a unique architectural layout, featuring a semi-circular seating arrangement divided by a horizontal walkway. Around 500 attendees can fit in it at once. It clearly showcases the Roman architectural style.
Till today, this ancient theater has been a cultural centre of the city.
