It was originally constructed as a market hall somewhere around 1893 to 1898. A high central dome sits like a crown on its head with 20 comparatively smaller domes surrounding it. Due to the neglect of people, it lost its charm. However, it was restored in the early 1980s.

Harbour Bridge

Locally known as Coathanger, this bridge is the largest steel arch bridge in the world. It was constructed in 1932 linking the north and south shores of the harbour with a curve that rises 134 meters above the water supported by two huge double piers at both ends.
